Hi! My name is Samantha. I have been pet sitting since 2015, and have over 7 years experience with dogs and cats. I am also experienced with small mammals, birds, exotic reptiles, farm animals, and livestock. I grew up with cats, parakeets, ducks, guinea pigs, and lots more. My cat, Finn and I currently live in an "apartment" linked to my parents house. I have previously worked as a kennel technician in a veterinary clinic, where I fed, walked, bathed, and medicated a full kennel of small to giant size boarded dogs, plus administering Sub Q fluids, giving insulin shots, vaccinations under vet tech guidance, nail trims, assisting vet technicians with various procedures, as well as dealing with a variety of different animals. Dog sitting is my primary income, so I am able to give my fur baby clients my full attention and focus on the individual needs of every client. I believe animals bring joy into the world and life would seem dull without them. I see animals as truly fascinating creatures, who communicate in their own special way and have a great bond with their humans. I have dealt with many personalities of dogs, so I know how to read their body language and I've been told that I seem to be a bit of a dog whisperer.
