Sam, you seem like a nice person, but I do feel obligated to leave a honest review. I booked Sam to take care of our 2 dogs over Labor Day weekend in our house and she wasn’t able to provide services as promised. I made it clear I did not want our dogs left alone for more than 5 hours at a time and one day they were left for 7.5hrs and the next they were alone for 9hrs. I know this bc we have 2 cameras for reasons like this. Sam never once walked our dogs while she was here. She lost the key to our house, and now I feel like I have to change out the locks. She also had her BF over without asking my permission first. I came home Monday afternoon and the dogs water bowl was completely dry. I know my dogs and that only happens when I’ve forgotten to refill the bowl for over a day. Sam did refund some money to us, but I honestly would have rather our dogs taken care of as promised. I’m glad I had this service done in my house bc if it was at hers, I would never have known what was happening while I was gone. I’m sorry, but I don’t recommend booking with Sam for overnight stays.

Samantha and here family are awesome. My 14 year old and her pup who is 2 1/2 stayed with her. They had a great time playing in the backyard going on walks. The were very well taken care of. We were gone 4 days and it was one less worry for us. Would very much recommend her for taking care of your pets. Will be saving her to use again.
