I wasn’t initially going to leave a review, but when I found the state of my apartment when I got back, I realized I had to. Samantha lacked communication with me, in fact, didn’t even text me at all one of the booked days. I figured everything was going fine, however it was not. I left incredibly detailed instructions, labels, and was always available to communicate via text/ call. The last day of my booking I received a voice message that had said that my dogs were essentially “bad” aka not pee pad or crate trained like I had stated, however I only stated that the two puppies were only about 3/4 of the way pee pad trained. My other dog was outdoor trained and the other one 100% pee pad trained. The dogs do not go in their crate at night, and are supposed to sleep on the bed. She put them in their crates at night and they barked all night which caused disturbances with the neighbors. I came back to bags of trash outside on the floor which I never said was okay. A $120 lamp was chewed through which she did ask to pay for but I am so frustrated I don’t even care. There was pee and poop all over the apartment. Trim was chewed, there were things chewed in places of the apartment they weren’t even supposed to be in. Puppy pads left under their crate which they chewed. Food bowls left in their crates. One in which was the wrong food, and also that dog is not supposed to be free fed but fed in portions. All of the dogs were covered in their own pee and poop. She seemed to take care of the cats fine. She left at around 11-12 ish this morning and texted me asking me if she should return which I thought I only booked her until 12 but I had booked her until 4 so I’m not sure why that was even a question. I understand puppies are hard, but that is what she signed up for and got paid for. If she couldn’t handle it, I’m not sure why she agreed to it. I will never trust someone to watch my pets again.

Samantha was great! She was as sweet, sent pics of my pup and even went above and beyond to clean and do laundry for my return. I was quite surprised and grateful for taking some good care of my girl and the additional cleaning help, leaving everything looking great!
