It always makes me happy to surprise my clients especially after they’re coming back from vacation and they can walk in their home with it looking nice and clean! - You can trust that I will treat your pets with the utmost love, respect, and kindness. They will receive the same level of care and affection as if they were my own. - You can have the peace of mind knowing that I will provide regular updates and send adorable pictures to keep you updated on their well-being. -I will also take them out for walks and playtime to keep them active and happy. Samantha had been doing fantastic at getting there on time and being very communicative with me. It’s hard for me to leave my fur baby with someone else but Samantha is helping to put my mind at ease. Havok has been having a great time running around the park and getting out for a bit. We were in an area with very little service, by the time we got Samantha’s message she was telling us “oh sorry I couldn’t make it last night bc my grandpa died suddenly…” ok? But you wait to the next day to txt me? At first I was sympathetic, but when I got home there was pee & some sort of LARGE pile of vomit in my laundry room… and my dogs haven’t eaten for a day, so who knows what they scaveged for. OH & she didn’t even have the decency to tell us that was what we’d be walking into after a long & tiring trip. AFTER telling us she had cleaned everything up. Absolutely unacceptable. Would give 0 stars if I could. She came in & fed my dogs one time. What the hell?
Samantha was really understanding with the fact I have never used anyone to take care of my dogs. We have a shy one that even took to her. I appreciated that she was able to take care of them in a short notice also. I would definitely use her again.
Samantha was very sweet with our dogs on drop in visits. She brought he own treats to make them warm up to her fast.

I have steps written of what i do when i come for a visit. Every client gets a specific list of activities and instructions to cross off as the list goes down for every visit so that i can brainstorm what would be the best thing to do for when your animals are under my care. Here are some that are automatically listed. -check their water -look for anything out of place that needs to be cleaned -play outside if not too cold (any special instructions you want me to do will be listed as well on your personal list.)
