Pet care experience
I have owned all types of animals my whole life, and started training and working with therapy dogs when I was just seven years old. For a long time I wanted to be a vet and spent over 150 hours shadowing local vets. Unfortunately life had different plans and that was not my path but I have vast veterinary knowledge. Now I am in college to obtain my biology degree and work in conservation, and I enjoy life with my two dogs. My border collie and I compete and train in a variety of sports, our favorites are herding, disc, and nose work. I’ve worked heavily with high caliper working dogs and rehabilitation cases with rescues. I pride myself on reading and understanding body language to help keep me, other people, and animals in my care safe.

We have a large pack of 20+ dogs that need tended to when we go on vacation or have a family emergency, and Samantha is the person I would trust the most with my dogs. She is very competent, dog savvy and follows instructions to a T. She is the best person you could ask for when it comes to taking care of your pets, from house sitting or mid day potty breaks she rocks it all.
Samantha is a hard working detail oriented individual. She has been a lifetime dog owner, who’s dabbled in many varieties of dog based activities. She’s been a dog trainer for several years, & is one of the most trustworthy people you could find to walk or pet sit dogs.
I would trust Sam to care of my animals. She is responsible and friendly. She understands the importance of being on time and taking her time with people and dogs. She's patient and understanding. I consider her framily.
Samantha is reliable, trustworthy, honest and also very knowledgeable on dogs! Anything you could possibly ask, she will have an answer. She is amazing with dogs and can handle any situation. Safety is amazingly important for me. I understand how much our pets mean to us and remain extra vigilant when walking dogs, arming myself with pepper spray and a spare leash from stray/loose dogs. I always check equipment prior to leaving for a walk to make sure your pet stays safe. I always check the yard before letting any dogs outside to make sure gates are closed and there is nothing to harm them.

Availability
I work full time throughout the week so my only availability is weekends, but during this time I can be fully dedicated to you and your pets needs. Animals come first in my life and nothing is better than unwinding from a long week with animal companions.
