I grew up with all sorts of animals. From Rottweilers, cats, birds, to reptiles. I started taking it seriously as a job in 2020 and got a job as a kennel technician in 2021 which i learned a lot of my skills from. I built a clientele and went on my own last august! I typically work with very stressed dogs who cannot be around other dogs, seniors who can’t be left alone for too long, or very energetic puppies. I typically stay over at houses while the owners are on vacation, but can have pets at my apartment as i do not have any pets of my own here. I usually feed, walk, do medications, and can bathe. I am also a trainer and am getting CPR certified. I promise to care for your loved ones and home like they are my own!

Samantha was fantastic and took amazing care of Missy. Zero problems with scheduling the meet-up/drop off/pick up and regularly sent photos of Missy on walks or just hanging around (without any signs of her separation anxiety). Would definitely recommend Samantha and certainly plan on booking with her in the future
Samantha did house sitting for us while taking care of our two cats. She was very responsive. She sent appropriate amount of updates with pictures and videos as compared to other houses sitters we used in the past. Too many updates would exhaust you when you are on vacation. Too little updates would make you worry when you are away. She was just right!! She was mature and smart enough to complete her service as we requested detailed things about our house and cats. She left the house clean as compared to others in the past; we didn’t have to clean for hours after the mess left by a house sitter in the past. We are sure that our crazy cats were handful, but she didn’t complain about them. We are very grateful for her service.
Provided updates throughout the day, took our dog out to the bathroom several times and kept him entertained. Thank you so much!

Every client i have is different and i cater to each individual need. Some dogs need to meet me a few times before i stay with them, some need to receive water through a syringe. I will adjust and accommodate to each person. If you choose to leave your pet with me, my apartment has lots of parks and trails nearby and i will NEVER interact with other dogs while watching yours. I have a patio on the second floor for excellent sunbathing and away from possible coyotes. I do have AC, heat, lick mats for frozen treats, bowls, extra leashes, and no restrictions as to where they sleep. I always ask that you bring a bed just in case they don’t know where to sleep (and for a spot they feel cozy in), some treats and toys so they feel right at home! I never use harmful products in my home that your pet could be sensitive to. If you prefer to have me over at your place I don’t mind at all! My clients range from San Clemente to Irvine as of now so I don’t mind driving to you. I also have a dog safety seat belt for adventures and for any possible emergencies.

A typical day
Every dog is different! However, depending on the size and age of the dog, long sniffing walks, tug of war, fetch, enrichment activities and cuddle time is necessary! I will follow the instructions of the owner and make every day special for your pet.

Availability
**update** i now work at a veterinary hospital Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. If your booking is a 1 day sit on one of those days, i can no longer do that. If your booking is during the week of those days, that is okay. I do get an hour lunch and only work 3 mins away from my apartment, so walking before, during lunch, and after work is not a problem. However, this mainly applies to lower maintenance dogs as my shifts are 9 hours. My husband is home 4 hours before i am, so with him there, the music i put on, the walk before and during work, and lots of love, your pup wont feel alone for too long (: Other than that, the majority of my time is fully present with your pet. It is my dream job and i love getting to know you and your pets! When we schedule, i have my own legal contract for you so you can have peace of mind.
