Pet care experience
I am a Special Education teacher for students with Autism. I love all kinds of pets and had so many my whole life. From dogs and cats to bearded dragons and other lizards! My husband and I currently live in the Haskell/Wanaque area with our sweet cat. I am very into fitness and I love walking and running! I am very excited to meet your babies! Neighbors, friends, and family have all relied on me to walk, feed, and love on their babies. I am very detail oriented and will make sure your instructions are followed to a T so that you have no worries! Comfortable with the care of dogs, cats, lizards and other reptiles, fish, and plants! I would love to help you out with whatever you need!

Samantha watched my cats recently, and was a delight to have. I have a camera in the house and it gave me so much peace to check in and see her playing with my babies and spoiling them with treats and pets. She is gentle, kind, and respectful. She even swept my floor in the laundry room where the litter box is. I will definitely be contacting her again for every out of town trip ill take again!
Sam is an amazing mom to our furbaby Odin, a sweet 5 year old tabby cat. We unfortunately lost a bearded dragon to genetic kidney issues about a year ago but she was incredible in giving him the care he needed in his last months. She adores any type of animal - dog, cat or exotic - and is a great choice for sitter if you're looking for someone to take care of your babies while out of the house.
Write EVERYTHING DOWN TO A T. My instructions were reversed and the feces in my litter box grew mold from sitting in a hot house all week... but the peepad was changed daily when the bag clearly said weekly or as needed as did I.(1.5 months of pads gone in 1 week) Paid 100# for my three cats to be fed off one dirty plate when fresh were provided - my 19 year old starved and my 4 month olds gained significant weight. Water bowl is cloudy and almost empty... don't expect for any tidying up around food area, litter box... or anywhere else.

At this time I do not offer boarding. I am comfortable going for walks of any length with your pup! Let me know some things your pup loves to do (and might not like to do!) so that we can have the easiest transition! For cat care I will give them all the love, play, and attention that your specific cat needs! As always it is most helpful if you write down your pet care needs and instructions (whether on your pets profile or a note left on the fridge!) that way there is full understanding on both sides! All information from my pet stays can be found in your Rover stay cards! This way you can verify that everything you need has been completed including a picture of your fur baby!

Because I work in a school I have more available hours. I am free on week days after 4:30pm in the Passaic County area. I am also free most saturdays, sundays, and holidays!
