Pet care experience
I have been a dog lover my whole life. I grew up in a home with two hyper huskies, adopted “my own” dog at 10 with dog sitting funds, and now I have two other cuties adopted from AARF. I’ve been house sitting since I was 15, and started dog sitting at 10 in my parents home. I can’t begin to tell you how much I love all dogs. I enjoy having dogs sleep in the bed with me, however house rules are house rules. I would love to take your dog hiking, running, walking, or to the dog park. My availability is extremely open right now, as I’ve just returned home from traveling. I’m currently looking for work, so I have no restrictions on when I can give your fur-baby some love.

Sam did a great job taking care/housesitting of our elderly golden retriever. Our house was tidy and everything went smoothly. Sam was easy to contact and quick to respond. We will use her again!
Sam was great. The house was clean when I got home and all animals appeared to be in good shape and spirits. She sent a couple of pictures, which I appreciated. It was nice knowing that there was someone responsible taking care of the animal crew and staying in my home while I was away. I would highly recommend Sam.
Sam was so lovely to work with! Due to an ankle sprain I needed someone to walk my Beagle (Megg) for a day while my roommate was away. We booked for Sam to walk her three times and she was communicative and very friendly. Megg was happy to see her each time and seemed to really enjoy her time out and about. I got pictures and a very happy pup. Would rebook Sam in a heartbeat!
Samantha has the utmost care and respect for all dogs, I’ve never seen someone be able to get along with ALL dogs besides her. With calm, kind, and an assertive attitude, puppers can’t stay away from her. As well as being a responsible dog owner herself, you won’t regret leaving your little one(s) with her(:

If your animal has any medical needs, such as medicines or appointments, I just need to know what to do! I’ve house sat dogs post-surgery and my late dog Oreo suffered from Addison’s disease, and needed monthly shots and daily medication.
A typical day
Walks, hikes, runs, and trips to the dog park are heavily enjoyed. Friendly dogs can get the chance to meet my home dogs, they make great playmates! I don’t mind bathing dogs at all either.
