Pet care experience
Ever since my neighbors moved in (4 years ago) with three dogs (German shepherd, a husky mix and a mutt), a calico cat, two birds and a full fish tank. I have been their personal pet sitting more times than I can count! My gramma had a labradoodle that I grew up with and bichon frise since I can remember. Also, my college roommate had a dachshund that I watched on numerous occasions!

Samantha is an incredible walker with genuine care for pets! She’s great at communicating, works to connect and understand the needs of your dog and always makes sure they have a great time. My Great Dane absolutely loves her!
Sam was amazing with my dachshund Ducky. She might be a difficult dog to deal with sometimes but Sam always made it seem easy. She definitely is a person who adores animals especially dogs. Now that we aren’t roommates anymore, my Ducky missing Sam so much. Sam was the person who helped me potty trained her and will forever be thankful! I highly recommend Sam!
Sam was excellent with my German Shepard, Audi! She made him feel comfortable and loved! I would recommend her to anyone look for a dog-sitter!

I enjoy playing and running around with dogs. I was known by my college roommate for riling her puppy up and giving her the zoomies. I also taught her many tricks, including standing up, paw/shake and tell a secret.

Leash reactivity, the commands they respond to, if they are food or toy motivated, when/how much they eat, how many treats are recommended, do they have any triggers or allergies, and the best way to help them settle.
A typical day
I love to try and teach dogs new tricks. I think mental exercise is just as important as physical exercise for them. I also love tug o war and fetch, my arm never gets tired :) I also love walks and am happy to take them on 1-2 mile runs if your pup is that active!

I work in healthcare so I will always have four days a week off of work, leaving me available to check in multiple times a day, stay and play for longer periods, and opportunities for over night stays!
