Call me Sam! I’m on a career break — I’m currently in a coding program and working at a cafe part time, so picking up rovers helps with the corporate hiatus. I've had a cat for 17 years and have administered medications to him for 5+ years. I've cared for other cats and dogs for the last 3 years and am comfortable with different care schedules and situations. I can board and walk dogs + I can visit both dogs and cats. I can administer medicine to either. I love boarding dogs and sending fun updates to their pawrents. 😊 I live in the heart of Adams Morgan so many parks are around to walk to including dog parks and Rock Creek Park. I love to explore the city so we can go on an adventure! I am happy to do short/slow walks or long/fast walks. We can play a lot inside or outside and I enjoy teaching/practicing tricks.

My senior cat is very gentle and old. However, when I am gone or when we are sleeping, I will keep the animals separated just to ensure no issues! Please let me know if your dog is not good with cats. I love to provide as much enrichment as possible for your pets so this includes walks, visits to the dog park if allowed, brain teasers, playing tug of war or fetch, and lots of cuddles.

Availability
I will typically only be away from home for 4 hours at a time (6-7 max), but please let me know how often your dog needs to be let out to pee and if there are any incontinence issues.
