I've had dogs in my life since before I could walk and have many years of pet sitting (including cats and small animals) as well as dog walking under my belt. I sit on the Board of Directors of a dog rescue based out of the Maryland/DC/Virginia area, have owned and ridden horses for over 20 years, have fostered a medically challenged senior dog (including daily insulin injections), and have many years of experience working at and managing busy horse farms. I have a particular soft spot for senior pets and have many years of experience with managing medication schedules and protocols for both horses and dogs including IM and Sub-q injections. Anyone who knows me can tell you I am truly an animal over people type of person ;) When I'm not working I am at the barn or taking my pup on hikes and I would love to help other busy fur parents take care of their loved ones. I know how essential it is to trust your pet sitters and I can assure you that any pets in my care are treated with the same kindness and respect of my own animals.
