Pet care experience
I have two German shorthair dogs at home that I have grown up with taking care of and 2 cats. I know how to give pills to pets because I have given both my dogs pills for their diseases. I am a dog-sitter to my neighbors at home and have been doing that since I was a freshman in highschool. I have now worked at the Green K9 in Maryland for almost two years, which is a grooming salon , pet supply store and most importantly a doggy daycare. I have been around pets my whole life and want to become a veterinarian which I’m going to school for right now at the University of Tennessee.

I have worked with aggressive dogs before at the daycare and have been able to keep them safe and myself safe. I can crate them if you prefer or I can let them get their energy out outside with a ball or toys if crating is not preferred.

If they are typically an aggressive dog. If they need medication or any sorts. If they have any hurt limbs or scrapes I need to be worried about. What times they eat, or go outside usually. What food or toys they can or cannot have.
A typical day
I will take the dogs on walks, throw the tennis ball if they are into that, play tug of war (but not pulling too hard to hurt their teeth). If you have treat puzzles I will do that with them as well. Most importantly I will try to take them outside pretty often if it’s not too cold.

I currently work at the green k9 for the summer but can work around my schedule weekly. I get breaks everyday at work which I can use to go stop by the house whenever it is needed.
