Neighbors and friends have relied on me since I was 10 years old to check-in, feed, and play with their pets. I started Strider's Pet Care Services for dog walking, cat sitting, and house sitting for clients almost a year ago. I enjoy making friends with a new cat or dog and it is one of my most favorite things to do.

We have two dogs that needed walked, fed, and let outside for several days while we were on vacation. Sam did an amazing job of taking care of our furry friends and updating us every step of the way with pictures, etc. Highly recommend his services.

We have three sweet family cats at our house. They are indoor/outdoor cats but we have trained them to come inside when we call! This is helpful because there are a lot of predators in our area and it is nice knowing they are home and safe at night. When I take care of client's dogs, I make sure to get all the necessary instructions and details written down so that I can follow them exactly. This is helpful for me but also reassuring to my clients.

A typical day
I love to walk dogs around town and let them explore all the new smells around town and especially in the parks. I get a kick out of seeing them excited and happy when they encounter new and different things. When sitting for cats, I tend to spend quite a bit of time just playing with them and testing their playfulness and curiosity. I really love cats and I am happy to just pet them and keep them company if that is all they need.

Availability
I take walks every day around San Juan Bautista and I stop and give some loving pets to all my dog and cat friends along the way. I frequently walk several dogs in town and enjoy the time I get to spend with them.
