Pet care experience
I have owned rabbits, ducks, horses, dogs and cats since I moved in with my partner 10 years ago. I am currently studying dog training to help other owners walk and train their dogs to be well rounded sociable pets. I have a high energy, over reactive pointer and have recently fostered Dachshund who is also over reactive. We are working on them being well rounded balanced dogs. I enjoy long walks working on helping dogs fulfill their needs to help owners enjoy them as family pets.

I left my large, and somewhat complex, dog with Sam for a few days and she was great! Ready attentive, communicative and kept me updated throughout his whole stay! He came back a happy boy and I would recommend Sam to anyone looking for pet care or needing help with their dog!

I am happy looking after all dogs, if they are aggressive or over reactive they will need to be muzzled and I can help with muzzle training. Also able to help with training dogs who need extra help with their dogs recall, reactivity, lead walking etc.
A typical day
We go on long adventures either at the beach, commons, down the river and then play games to gain engagement, sniffing games and training to build confidence and trust between me and the dogs I look after.

Availability
I currently work part time at The Donkey Sanctuary so have the flexibility to walk mornings, lunchtimes and afternoon/ evenings with my own dogs. We have a 2 year old daughter who sometimes comes with us depending on times.
