Hello! I just moved back to the area from Michigan after getting my bachelor's degree in Wildlife Biology! I worked as vet assistant in an animal ER, at an animal control, and now I work in rescue... I have a ton of animal experience! I have 2 dogs of my own at home. I looove working with animals of any kind. I previously worked at St. Clair County Animal Control as an Animal Care Tech. There I worked with many different types of animals of all sociability and training levels. I was in charge of their animals' daily care, enrichment, walks, cleaning... And much more. I worked as veterinary assistant in the 24 hour emergency and critical care services at Oakland Vet Referral Services. I helped care for pets in need of surgery and emergency medical care. So if your animal has medical or special need, I got it! To top it off I help animals get new homes at A Rejoyceful Animal Rescue! In my free time, I volunteer my time to do photo sessions for adoptable rescue animals. I love being able to meet and help animals in need in my own way. Sam was a very friendly girl, loves dogs and was amazing with Bella and Franklin. We went away for 4 days and she sent lots of photos and updates. I would highly recommend her and would.not hesitate to use her again anytime we go away.
Sam was wonderful with Dora! I'm rather particular about who cares for my dogs, and I found Sam to be both knowledgeable, compassionate, reliable and responsible. I highly recommend her.
Sam is fantastic ! Wonderful with my precious Collie Holly ! She sent great up dates with photos !! You can most certainly trust your pet and home to her care .
If anyone should be a dog sitter it is Sam. She seriously loves dogs. She has three dogs of her own and is even fostering one right now. She is always ready to help any animals that needs it. Sam is very very responsible. She has always done well in school while also participating in band, music, and other extracurricular activities. She always works here hardest and would do very well with dog sitting your pups and cats.

I love all animals, no matter the shape, size, or breed. Before sitting I would like to know: - special needs - age - feeding schedule - playing type (high energy, low energy, loves to run, likes to swim...)
A typical day
I love taking dogs outside to play with them. If you have a yard we'll hopefully play some fetch. I also enjoy taking dogs on walks. These activities are enriching for both myself and the dog. If you have a cat we can enjoy sitting and playing with some toys or getting a good brushing in.

I am just getting back into the swing of things in California. I will be working during the day time, but the evenings I'll be there for your pet. Generally I will be gone for about 8 hours during the day.
