Pet care experience
Former tax accountant turned Med school student and lifelong animal lover looking to earn some extra income to help defray education expenses. I’ve personally owned and cared for Mastiffs, a Bulldog, a Pitbull, a Yorkie, and a Bichcon Frisée as well as a number of cats and other animals. I’ve dealt with administering medications in all forms and have handled emergency situations. I live in Society Hill so I’m able to entertain requests in and around Center City and have flexibility around my studies. I’m well prepared to work with dogs of differing personality types. I have experience with aggressive type breeds as well as those with anxiety and separation issues. I’d also be happy to help your dog get some exercise in during a nice walk or jog, if desired, around the city. I’m looking forward to providing with exceptional services.

Sam was the best. We met up for him to meet my dog and then again to show him around the apartment. I felt confident and a lot less anxious about leaving my dog knowing he was there. He kept me updated and when I came back my dog seemed so happy! Definitely will use him again in the future. Thanks Sam!
Sam did an awesome job with our cats. Even though they can both be skittish, we got daily pictures and updates. Everything was left neat and the litter box was dealt with daily. We would definitely use his services again.
This was my first time using Rover while I was away for a few days and Sam was awesome!! He fed and played with my cat Chidi and sent us some awesome pictures. He even put some treats around the house for Chidi to find which I thought was super fun. Thanks Sam!!
Wow! It’s evident that Sam treated my puppy as his own and really enjoyed his time spent with Roxy. He’s obviously very knowledgeable about proper dog care and made some suggestions regarding the proper amount and type of exercise appropriate for my dog in consideration or her age and breed. I will definitely have Sam take care of Roxy again and will recommend to family and friends and anyone reading this review. If you’re as wary of strangers taking care of your animals as I am, you can rest assured that Sam will deliver exceptional care and dote on your puppy as if it’s his own. It’s such a relief to have found someone to take away some of the anxiety of being away from my dog!
