On-time, efficient cat and dog care
Before I walk your dog or hang with your cat, there are three things you should know about me. I love being outside, being with animals, and making and performing music. It's incredibly rewarding to me to care for animals. I believe me and your dog or cat share the same curiosity for adventure and I can't wait to get to know them. There's also a good chance that I end up singing some of my music to them. I grew up with pets and have experience in dog and cat sitting for neighbors and friends. When it comes to your pets, my first priority is their safety. I am extremely timely, and adaptable to all sorts of dogs and cats. Consider letting me care for, explore with, and sing to your animals!

I don't have space for dogs or cats in my current home, as I'm living with my wife in someone else's area that does not allow pets. But, I'm happy to help take care of your animal in your home by maintaining a safe and clean environment for them, and making sure they are well-fed and exercised.

Sam did a great job taking care of Niko on his morning walk while I was out of town. He was reliable, on time, and kept me updated with pictures and texts, which I really appreciated. I’d definitely book with him again.
This was our first experience with having a house sitter, but after meeting Sam prior to our trip, I felt that we were in very good hands. Sam took wonderful care of our dog, Olive, for the week and a half that we were away. He took her on many walks, provided enrichment, and gave us frequent updates with photos, which we so greatly appreciated. Additionally, we returned to a clean home with Sam having left us a nice note and some Halloween candy! We would highly recommend Sam and would happily book him again.
Sam did an excellent job. He was kind to my kitties and kept me up to date. I highly recommend him.
We hired Sam to stay in our house with our cats while we were gone for two weeks. During previous vacations, we had cat-sitters who stopped by once a day to check on the cats and make sure they had food and water, but the sitters rarely saw the cats, who are shy and hid in the basement. We hoped that having someone stay in the house would allow the cats to get comfortable, so they'd be less stressed when we returned. Sam and his wife accomplished this goal beyond our hopes! Within a couple days, one of the cats had adjusted enough to hang out in the same room with them, and the more wary cat ended up sleeping in the bed with them. (not required!) In addition to taking excellent care of the cats and keeping us informed, Sam and his wife left the house in great shape. While we were gone the handle of the door to our deck broke -- again -- and Sam found a replacement handle that was better than the one we had. We arrived home to fresh towels and fresh sheets, with the ones they'd used already washed. We hope that Sam and his wife will be willing and able to work with us again!
Sam was great! Would absolutely recommend and book again in the future. Sam sent lots of cute picture updates throughout their time watching my dog. I came home to a very happy dog who had clearly gotten her fill of attention and love.
