** MULTIPLE PETS ARE AN ADDITIONAL EXPENSE AND WILL NOT BE CARED FOR FREE OF CHARGE!!** I've always had a huge passion for animals and spend a large portion of my spare time photographing my pets and my family/friends pets aswell. Growing up outside of town I had opportunity to grow up around an assortment of different animals including horses, chickens, dogs, cats, fish and turtles. I've dog sat for neighbours, family and friends since I was around 13. My older sister has previous experience as a groomer and has helped teach me proper bathing and maintanence on different breeds of dog. I'm also confident trimming cat nails if needed and do so for my friends cat every couple weeks. I have a huge respect for proper dog training and am continuing to learn and practice safe training techniques. I have attended seminars on dog training including one hosted by Cesar Millan.

We have had Sam stay at our house many times now to watch our dog while we were away. She does a great job, and takes good care of both our pup and our house!
Sam was a great catsitter! She was friendly, responsive and accommodating when I had to reach out to her for some schedule changes. She was lovely to Maple, my kitty, and he looked like he had a great time! Even got some really lovely pictures of Maple from her. I would definitely recommend her 😊
Sam regularly looks after my anxious cat Cedar when I'm away. Sam spends time with Cedar and plays with him and I love getting the daily photo updates. Cedar has really warmed to Sam too .💖
Sam was patient and affectionate with our timid kitties and managed to coax them into playful engagement . Always on time, very communicative, and we will definitely rebook.

The overnight pets in my care are my first priority always. Asides from my regulars and any meet ups I may have, my time is spent in their home keeping them company. I do not walk new dogs off leash for safety concerns, but am more than happy to accommodate any and all activity levels. I always come with multiple style leashes if needed. I recently finished and am certified in Canine First Aid and CPR. I also have many senior clients that require oral medication and physical assistance. I plan to enroll in Feline first aid, along with many other certifications in the future.

A typical day
I have a fully equipped SUV ready for any fun adventures to the beach or hikes around town! I always come ready with new toys, treats and lots of love to win the pups and kitties over. I love learning the dogs interests and turning it into a stimulating activity for them. Anything from scent games to hide and go seek, I bring it all!

Availability
Pet care is my full time job and I absolutely love it. After hearing about Rover I decided to change jobs and haven't looked back! I usually have regulars from 11am-3:30pm during weekdays and spend the remaining time with the overnight pets in my care. I always come with a full bag of brand new toys, an assortment of different all natural treats and lots of enrichment games!
