Pet care experience
I've had experience with a wide variety of dog breeds and have a good knowledge of their individual needs and differences. My family has always had dogs and from a young age I've cared for them along with friends' and neighbors' dogs. I'm also an experienced photographer, taking pet portraits is one of my absolute favorite things to do! I love working with all types of dogs, whether they are high energy working breeds, small couch potatoes, or have special needs. I'm good with walking, feeding, playing, administering meds, or just checking in.

Sam always does such a great job with the animals. He is very patient and has a calm demeanor which helps them settle into the vacation routine quickly.

Let me know of any special instructions for your pets and I'll be more than happy to accommodate them! It's helpful for me to know what words you use for commands, if you want me to take your dog for a structured or decompression walk, what behaviors you do not want rewarded, and how you would typically correct your dog. I personally lean on the side of positive reinforcement and also want to honor the training you have already put in place.
A typical day
My number one goal is to keep your pet safe and happy. I'll make sure they get enough exercise and enrichment whether we're walking, playing, fetching, or hanging out. I'll follow any routines you already have and I have lots of mental enrichment games up my sleeve.

Availability
Most of my time is spent training and working with my own herding breed service dog. My schedule is very flexible so I am available almost any time except for early mornings when I am taking care of my dog's needs.
