Sam was a lovely and wonderful sitter for our dog Harper. he looked after her at a somewhat inopportune time... we left her with him during the week we moved from california to washington. for a couple weeks before she stayed with him, we were packing and making a mess of the house, so she got more and more stressed out as life got more chaotic for us. as a result, she was a bit spun when we took her to Sam's place. Sam was great with her. he tolerated her following him everywhere he went, calmed her down so she wasn't spun all week, dealt with her not eating for the fist couple days, and ultimately made her comfortable and happy. he took her on a couple long walks each day, and he also stayed in communication with us to let us know how she was doing. he also sent pictures, which we really appreciated. Sam helped us out in a pinch (we got a referral for him from some other sitters we know who we love but who weren't available for the dates we needed), and he made a challenging week for us less challenging because we knew he was taking great care of Harper. if we didn't just love out of state, we'd definitely use him again. we highly recommend him, and we thank him for making Harper feel at home during her stay.

My girl Cooper had a great stay with Sam this week! Sam was quick to respond, gave me an update while I was away, and was even kind enough to drop her off at my place due to my late night flight. Look forward to having Cooper stay with Sam again soon!
