I have spent a decade taking care of dogs, helping raise dogs and providing not only a pet - human relationship but an inseparable bond. Many clients of mine have hired me to train their dogs since 2015. My "bible" when raising and taking care of a dog is The Art of Raising A Puppy. I practice non violence and calm tones while caring for all dogs while positively re-enforcing good behavior. Understanding your dogs needs is first and foremost what I will pay attention to. I spend most of my time outside and on trails with my Husky who is friendly, gentle and gets with all dogs. Your dog will have a fun, playful and outgoing stay with me. We will take long walks, go to the dog park, go for a run along the river or in Forest Park. The trails to Marquam and Council Crest are two blocks from my home and take my dog (and other dogs) there frequently. I cater to all needs of all dogs and am very responsive if you have any questions or concerns during your pup's stay. I have a yard and back deck with plenty of space and opportunity to play.
