Pet care experience
For the past 4+ years I’ve been working in animal hospitals 🏥. Wether that be in the kennel, helping out the vets, or even the daycare… I can safely say I’m no stranger to pets! Throughout my career, I’ve gained experience in training, socializing, medication administration, husbandry, special needs, animal behavior, and much more! Whatever your furry friend needs, I’ve got you covered 😉🐾 Take a walk with me!🌳🌲🐕🐕🦺🦮🚶🏼♀️🌲🌳
Reviews
Sam is amazing with pets. She studied vet tech throughout high school and currently works at an animal shelter so she has plenty of experience with pets. I would recommend her for any job that has to do with animals.

Safety, trust & environment
For drop ins I start with the necessities such as feeding, medication administration, and taking out to go potty. After that I love to spend a little quality time with them and make sure they feel extra loved. If it’s a walk, I bring a collapsible water bowl with me incase it’s hot out and they get thirsty, and I’ll use the owners suggested walking route or find a safe spot away from traffic or any other stressors.
Information Sam G. would like to know about your pet
It’s helpful to know details such as: •is your dog friendly with other people/animals? •does your dog have any anxieties? •is your dog protective of you and/or their home? •does your dog have any food allergies? •do you have any training techniques you’d like implemented during their time with me? •is there any physical ailments I should be aware of?
A typical day
I like to go with the flow of their energy! If your dog is more laid back we can have some down time sitting by a lake or strolling through the park. However if your dog is the energetic type, we can go hiking on some trails, or play fetch in a space safe to be off leash.

Availability
My current work schedule is very inconsistent. So while I won’t be able to do regulated walks/drop in’s, I’ll still be available for your occasional pet sitting needs! Contact me and we can talk schedule :)
