Sam was polite, friendly, and patient with our dogs, especially with one who has anxiety. We are the type of people that ask our dog sitters to check in when they initially arrive at our house and to send pictures/texts to let us know how things are going; since this was our first time working with Sam, and because her rates her higher than many others, we expected that she would have done this. While I'm sure we have high expectations, when we trust people with not only our dogs, but our home too, it would be nice to have more communication and to feel like we can rely on the person we're entrusting.

Jazz had a great time playing with Sam and Harleigh! Sam was also super flexible with drop off and pick up times. It was so easy to set everything up and I knew my pup was on great hands. I will definitely rebook with Sam!
