Scheduling mix up but she was still able to accommodate our dog's stay at short notice. There is a dog that lives at this home who was barking and growling at our dog when we arrived. That made us worried to leave our small dog there. She said the dog had anxiety because the other pets were there but it was enough barking to worry us. Our pet is a small breed and their dog looked like a Pitbull or Staffordshire Terrier which, in some cases, see small breeds as prey. There is also a cat there on the premises. Her mother was there and seemed more interactive and in charge than 'Sam' did. She was busy with the barking growling dog. When we picked up our dog the Pitbull was gone and we also left our food container/scoop there. We've since moved out of the area. We would not probably use again for the above reasons and our type of dog.
