Hello, my name is Samantha, I've been a lover of animals all my life. I had a ton of fun working for the CityVet in Flower Mound for about a year, and during that time i'd have to take of, on average 60-100 dogs at a time, with only 3 other coworkers. So i believe that if i can handle that many dogs at one time, then I'm sure i would have no trouble giving your animals the love and support they need. I recently had to put my dog of only 3 years down, he was an amazing and loving lap dog that i adopted from the community shelter. Sadly after bringing him home i realized he had contracted distemper from the other dogs. I kept him strong and healthy while helping him through the awful symptoms of the disease. He eventually beat distemper but was left permanent damage, leaving him without the ability to walk normally. He was still a happy growing dog for the following two years but the brain damage only progressed and he just wasn't himself in his last couple months so i had to put him down. I'm hear on rover to help out people that cant always be there for their animals due to work or school. I'm great with all kinds of dogs ranging from puppies to aging adults, and i do especially well with ill or dogs with special needs.I do live in apartment, but i still have a kennel for the animals, plenty of walking space around the grounds and there is a dog park less than 10 minutes away.
