Sam just needs to know if your dog is reactive to other dogs, people, small children, or anything that might lead to stress in their walk or interactions. If you have cats, let Sam know if they're social or like to hide so they know how to interact with your fur babies. For reptiles, amphibians, and other pets Sam would just need general information about feeding and misting schedules. What they eat and where it's stored and general care information.

Sam tries to have one overnight stay at a time mixed in with a few walks and drop-ins during the day. They try to keep them relatively close together so they spend less time driving or stuck in traffic and more time with your pets. They will keep your pets company, take them on walks, make sure they're fed and have fresh water, clean up after them, and whatever else needs to be done such as giving medication. If there's any parks that your dog likes to go to, they have no problem taking your furry friend there or anywhere else they need to go.
