I am a retired mailman with 32 years of customer service .I have had day to day contact with dog owners and their dogs.Being a dog owner myself and having forty years of experience raising five dogs. .They all lived over 12 years and were healthy and happy. Trained to walk without a leash.Poop only in their yard to understand hand gestures.,They were all watch dogs not barking idiots They were my kids . All of them are buried in my yard.I understand their body gesture every one of them under stood I was head of the pack.And our cat's were part of my pack so they got a long played well together. Training dogs is not easy its long process and not everyone has the patience to do it. But let me tell you they are the happiest one in my family to see me. And that's worth the time .
