Pet care experience
I've had cats and dogs my whole life and really enjoy caring for them. We lost our 18 year old black cat, Smokey, last year after a long and happy life together. We have a 12 year old Maltipoo named Alex. Alex has Addison's disease and requires daily medication. Our newest addition is our sweet and small, black cat, Raven. She loves playing with toys and enjoys scratches between the ears. I grew up with a 65 lb Entlebucher Sennenhund mountain dog, Toby, who I loved fiercely and miss very much.

This was our second time booking with Sally and her daughter Hayley and once again they were both amazing and took great care of our pets! They’re both very responsive and provided updates and pictures throughout our trip! We definitely will book them again the next time we go away!
Sally and Hayley were amazing and we are really grateful they were able to help us out on a last minute trip. We knew our fur babies were in good hands and loved the photos and videos we received throughout! With one cat on medication and a relatively young and very energetic dog, they put us at ease by keeping everyone on schedule. I could tell from the photos that all three were comfortable and not anxious with us gone for a few days. They made it so easy to relax while we were away and we came home to three very happy pets. :) We definitely give them the highest recommendation and are excited to book them again!
I can’t say enough good things about Sally. She was an absolute blessing to Smoky and Bailey and us. She sent many photos of the dogs playing and hanging out. I would recommend her to all my family and friends. And I will be using her again.

I have many years experience in childcare and pet care. I am happy to water plants, bring in mail, pull in and out garbages as needed. I'm happy to exercise your pet, play and cuddle your pet while making sure they are fed and happy. I've very comfortable giving meds, disposing of waste and whatever else needs to be done. I'm always respectful of people's homes and will keep your property safe.

Any preferences or needs that your pet may have will be incorporated into my care. Any special medical needs can be handled by me or my daughter who is in the veterinary field. She is a vet assistant and almost done with her vet tech program.
A typical day
We typically like to walk Alex to Highlands park and then bend the block back to our house. Our 8 year old son, Hayden, loves to play with Alex in our backyard. Alex has slowed down in the past few years but he'll come running if he hears anyone turn on the hose.

Availability
I work as a Mate (supervisor) at Trader Joe's with plenty of extra time to drop in and meet the needs of your fur babies. My 23 year old daughter, Hayley, has completed her Registered Vet Technician program and is testing for her RVT license in July. Hayley is a wealth of veterinary knowledge and is available to back me up if any scheduling issues were to arise. My 9 yr old son, Hayden loves animals and would love to be my Jr assistant when appropriate.
