Pet care experience
Hello! I am Salem. I live on a farm, and work at a vet hospital as a vet assistant. I have loved animals as long as I can remember. I have extensive experience with beef cattle, dairy cattle, horses, cats, dogs (all breeds, both working and house dogs), chickens, goats, pigs, rabbits, snakes, hamster/gerbil, guinna pigs, and lastly ducks. It’d be harder to find an animal that I have not owned and taken care of! :) And as a vet assistant, I have worked with a wide variety of cats and dogs. Sick, injured, skiddish? I’ve done it all. I would love to get to know you and your fur baby! I am looking to get into pet/farm sitting to support my horses while I am in college. Thank you!

Salem functions as my farm manager with extensive experience with large and small animals. Her regular duties include milking dairy cows, care and maintenance of dogs/cats/cattle/horses/goats and pigs. She has trained 5 of our dogs from puppies onward and has halter/saddle broke multiple cows and horses for us. She has provided routine medical care including injections, foot and hoof care, grooming, etc. She runs her own rabbit breeding business in addition to her duties as farm manager. I'd trust her with our animal care over any other person I've ever met.
