I have two kitties, one is extremely outgoing (Bandit), and the other is very wary of humans, especial males (Meer). What can I say, my Meer is not very politically correct, and has made her opinion on boys of all ages very clear. So imagine my surprise when Sal came over for the first time and she popped out for a quick hello. Now she will even sit on Sal’s lap and let him PET her! She has never done this for any of my previous sitters ever, and they were females! Sal is Meer approved, and that is truly saying something. Bandit also adores Sal, but since he likes anyone with idle hands and a lap, it’s not quite as powerful of an endorsement as Meer’s. She is very happy and relaxed around Sal, and that is such a comfort to know when you are away from your fur babies.
