Hello! I recently moved back to the town I grew up in, the lovely Andover, NJ, and would love to look after your best friend! Whether it be in the comfort of your own home, or at my house on a 1 acre plot and fenced in yard, I am flexible to work with your's and your pup's preference. I used the Rover app to watch, walk, and take care of dogs while living in Brooklyn for the past year. I have plenty of experience with a wide array of dogs -- all different sizes and breeds. I have an affinity for small pups because my dog-sitting career commenced with watching two wonderfully loyal Dachshunds for a week - miss them! If you have a small/medium sized dog who loves to cuddle on the couch with lots of throw pillows, I may be your guy. Sal was really friendly & accommodating. He went above & beyond the call of duty and made Tango feel right at home with plenty of walks and snuggles. Sal was really easy to coordinate with, laid back, and pleasant. Some folks in the prospect pk area will make you feel less than if your pup doesn't look like a show dog but I felt really comfortable. Will definitely book again when we are back in Bklyn!
Sal is a fabulous spirit whose joy is unleased when around dogs (no pun intended). I've seen him give such unique care and attention to dogs of all shapes and sizes.
Stella loves Sal! My schnoodle is very particular about who walks her, especially with her anxiety issues. Sal is a dream come true! He is patient, kind, and always is ready to play with my pup! Seriously cannot even imagine anyone else walking Stella, she just loves him!
I, honestly, cannot think of a better dog caregiver than Sal! When I needed someone to care of my 2-year-old lab/husky mix, Isabella, for a weekend while the girls and I took a trip to Vegas, I IMMEDIATELY called on Sal. I dropped my Izzy off at his very dog-friendly home (just a couple blocks walk from the park!) and had everything she would need (treats, toys, you name it!) while I was away. Izzy can't get enough of Sal and I'm sure your dog will feel the same!! He is incredibly professional and will handle all interactions--between both humans and canines--with nothing but respect.
