I have been around, loved and taken care of pets since I could walk. Growing up my family had 5 dogs and 5 cats, and at one point a possum (we called him RJ, he cuddled when we gave him carrots). I love animals and their gentle and playful spirit, and they love me right back. I'm a writer in the industry, so I work from home, which means that I am on site and available and welcome to give any and all animals the attention they need, (walks, play time, cuddle buddy etc.) I currently live in an apartment that allows animals, the complex is on the second floor and my building doesn't have stairs. As long as your dog is under 30 pounds, I can carry them up the stairs to my apartment if they themselves cannot make it up the stairs. I'm also not opposed to coming to your house if it makes it easier! As a pet owner myself, I know how jarring it can be for your pet to be taken to a new environment with strangers, so I am more than willing to come over to your residence and care for your pet in their own environment. I'm a clean and thoughtful house guest. I have a great deal of experience with senior, disabled and dogs that need medication. My last dog had cancer and went paralyzed in his hind legs, so I know how to give medicine, comfort, and give massages if your pupper needs it! I also used to regularly dog sit a blind Boston Terrier with arthritis. Needless to say, your dog in any state of being will be more than well loved and cared for! Majority of my regular clients book off of Rover, which is why it does not show a lot of returning clients. I currently am dog sitting full time, as my other jobs are part time and WFH. I take frequent breaks throughout the day to cuddle, walk, play with, and have your dog/cat feel loved and cared for! I live on the second floor of my apartment building, there is no elevator. I would take your dog on walks throughout the day to get their energy out!
