* READ FULLY* Saira was very friendly when it came to introductions the day before. I hired her for 7 drop in visits twice a day for three and a half days all together. Starting day one she was an hour late. On day two I was told she went to visit my pup that morning and forgot to check in. Not knowing I had cameras in my home. I checked to make sure the visit went fine and I didn’t see her on my cameras for the specified time. So contacting her she went from saying maybe your cameras don’t work to gas lighting me into saying my power might have went out when my cameras tell me if something like this occurs. She was unaware of the cameras and it took her until day three to fully admit that she had lied and had not been. This means my pup had gone a full 17 hours without using the bathroom. She still didn’t go that day until almost 12 pm after almost having to force her via text. Out of my 7 visits she only stayed the full 30 minutes three times. On the last visit I was told I would receive a refund for that day she lied about going. She offered to pay me thru Venmo which I don’t have. I still haven’t received it in any other form. As someone who expressed a love for animals and is currently in medical school I can’t say I would trust her with my animals based off of my experience.

Saíra is fantastic! She always goes above and beyond when taking care of my boys. I highly recommend for all your pet sitting needs.
