I had a VERY BAD experience with this pet sitter! My dog has extreme separation anxiety and we paid Saige WAY over and above her normal rate to spend extra time with him and to stay overnight in our home while we were away on vacation. We had agreed that she would be at the house and spend time with him. She would feed him by 6pm every day then stay over night and leave around 7am to go to work. Through our alarm system and ring door bell we were able to determine that she would come in for less than 5 mins to feed him and let him out then leave for the rest of the night, show up at 1am to stay at the house with him until she had to leave for work at 7am. From the in and out times shown on our system, she didn’t even have time to clean out his food dish and let him out before she was off again. She did not meet the additional requirements we agreed upon to justify the additional pay or even the minimum requirements set by Rover.
