Said family was really awesome i taking care of my 2 yr old GSD. On the very first day of leaving my GSD with Mrs.Said, we felt so comfortable - as she took time in establishing the bond when we were there, and my pup also got comfortable with her quickly. During the stay, Mrs.Said shared the pictures on a regular basis. With those pictures we can see how happy my pup was at their house. We are so happy we got their availability for my pup's stay. Even though its 45 mins travel to reach their place, Definitely we will be their repeat clients. Its worth the travel for my pup's Happy and comfortable stay.

Dangerous sitter and I would not recommend. Only provided 1 early photo update so we were left unaware. Dogs came back covered in injuries variably on feet, noses, and elbows. Dogs picked up were lethargic, severely unwell, and couldn't bark properly because of illness. Environment was tainted Giardiasis requiring tailored veterinary care for the dogs. Ended up juggling viable dog incontinence for weeks due to compromised health leading to our own property, sleep schedules, etc being damaged in addition to spending hundreds of dollars on probiotics and veterinary care over an extended period. Hypothesis how this happened? Established sitter got lazy over the holidays. Started sitting more dogs then allowed/admitted to out of likely greed. They probably dumped our dogs in tainted kennels within their homes even though they're apartment dogs. This was likely due to inadequately cleaning the environment either between dog stays or the fact they hosted more dogs then they said. They probably left the dogs outside unattended in the cold winter exposed to the elements instead of monitoring them and walking them safely. Ultimately, it's been a horrible costly experience for us due to sitter negligence. They probably figured they can shove dogs in crates unattended or dump them outside for a quick buck instead of sitting dogs properly like you would expect a sitter, especially a rover sitter to do. They even accidently gave us a bunch of other dog owners stuff like blankets/bowls and we didn't realize until we got home which further suggests they were sitting more dogs then ours despite agreeing to only watch ours. Our dogs are 9, 9, and 5 years of age. Never experienced anything like this in our dog ownership careers or with any other sitters. Sitter was apologetic at first and tried to make amends and partial compensation at the onset but once things took a turn for the worst and recovery turned into weeks + advanced vet care they stopped responding.
