Sitter arrived 2 hours late. She did not message to tell me she was running late. My only break was at 1:15pm, so that's when I checked my cameras to find that she had not come by the house yet. I messaged to see if she was still coming. It took about half an hour to hear back to find that she had been stuck in a meeting and was going by then. My dogs had not been out since 6:45am and it was now almost 2pm. I came home to my youngest dog having a wet blanket in his crate from having an accident. I am very disappointed with my first booking on Rover. It is way over priced as it is, but for a $50/30minutes job this service was unacceptable.

Sadie was professional and caring for my 4 year old Boxer. Visits were scheduled for twice a day and she often stayed longer to make sure he ate and was comfortable. Would definitely request her dog drop in services again.
