I understand the anxieties of leaving your furry family member with a stranger, as I have a dog and a cat of my own that are important members of my family. I also understand that when their pack leaves, it can cause anxiety in your pet. Therefore, my goal is to keep the routine as best as possible, including lots of play time. You are your pets' parent and I will follow instructions to a tee in order to make them comfortable and happy. I am an energetic person, which means I can walk and play fetch or tug of war or scent games for however long your dog wants to. I also have a great deal of experience giving medication and caring for elderly pups. My Experience: I have been dog sitting for over 16 years and over those years I have sat for over 40 different dogs. I have also pet sat for many other animals including goats, chickens, cats, rabbits, lizards, and parrots.. In addition, I have worked with animals through my professional work in zoos, wildlife rehab facilities, animal rescues and on farms. My Schedule: I work 8 hours Monday-Thursday. I am able to work from home, so I can give your pets the attention they deserve. Why I love dog sitting I love making it possible for dogs to stay in their own homes instead of going to kennels, which can be stressful. I love getting to know all of the different personalities of the dogs and it brings me great joy to play and snuggle with them and give them a fun vacation while their owners are on vacation.
