I have taken care of dogs ever since I was little. We have always had a dog within the family ever since I was born. We received a puppy when I was in high school. I commuted to college so my dog became my best friend as I was the only sibling at home during that time. After college I moved in with my sister who has a dog and a pig. I took care of both animals as if they were my own. My sister has her own pig rescue organization where she would consistently house and find homes for all animals but mostly pigs. Not only have we always had a dog within the family, I have also dog and cat sat for many friends and family members. I would love to get a dog of my own; however, I do not have the funds to afford a pet at the moment. I have a strong love for all animals.
