Good day to you! I'm Sadie - a proud lifelong Portlander and animal lover with tons of awesome, local, long-term references, and a great attitude 😄💗 Your pets will always be in great hands with me. I'm a real animal lover. I believe that our pets understand us more than we know, and I fully believe they have emotions, thoughts, and feelings. I always want your pets to feel safe and calm around me! I value your time as my own, and am always reliable and professional. You can 100% expect care reflective of a responsible individual, with no surprises. If I'm staying in your home, you can expect to come back to a spotless space and a small gift from your new favorite pet sitter as a thank-you for your trust and business. I do ALL stays with the intention of impressing you enough to call me again. 🔴🔴🔴 Please note that Overnight Stays are approximately 8pm-8am, with all necessary care included, and one mid-day visit. Sadie saved the day for my family and I at the very last minute when we needed her! Knowing one of our 3 dogs was uncomfortable around strangers, she came in with her soothing personality and was able to keep everyone calm and happy for the time we were away and she’ll be remembered fondly when we look back on our vacation. To say we recommend her would be an understatement!
Sadie was a lifesaver—had to book at the last minute due to a family emergency. Had to leave written instructions which she had no trouble with. She took great care of my 20 year old cat, giving her medications & reminding me that her supply was getting low. I can tell she’s a cat lover & had complete confidence that my sweet old girl was getting good care. Will definitely rebook & recommend her to anyone! Thanks, Sadie!!
Let me tell you about Sadie. I was able to leave my two finicky dogs during the Christmas break with a person who could give them just what they needed - lots of attention. She managed to walk them in the snowy weather and let them snuggle up as needed, too. I had a worry-free trip. And I appreciated all of the work Sadie did to get my home looking extra special when I returned. I highly recommend her!

Food, habits, favorite activities and toys, commands, allowed spaces, leash behavior, reactiveness, general personality, level of training etc will be some of the questions I'll cover before booking dog care. Cats are usually a bit easier, but I have many of the same questions for them! I am not able to care for dogs with known aggressive behaviors or that are highly reactive to other animals.

Walking, playing in the yard, or just hangin' out on the couch - let me know your pet's preferred activities so they can be as cozy as possible!

I work onsite only a couple days per week, which leaves me fairly flexible for pet providing the best care for your pets! I'm also often able to accept fairly late bookings.
