Hi! My name is Sadie. I just lost my beloved 15 year old dog and I am looking to give my extra time and love to other people’s animals while they’re away on vacation or at work. Growing up we had many pets of all kinds, and as an adult I have had a dog and cat of my own. Both lived very long happy lives! I have done some local pet sitting, but most of my animal care experience comes from volunteering several hours per week at the Summit County Animal shelter. I walk and play with the dogs, and snuggle the cats as well as help clean up their kennels/rooms. Volunteering has given me a lot of experience interacting with animals that may be scared or anxious and require extra patience and care. My work schedule as a nurse allows me to be available 2-4 days per week, though the particular days change weekly. I would love to take care of your seniors, puppies, cats, kittens and everyone in between!
