Sadee was very gracious to be given the opportunity to enjoy our home and care for our 2 boys while we were on a 7 day cruise. We had a meet and greet about 2 weeks prior to the stay and seemed to get along, so we booked her. The agreed upon services were made clear, stay in our home with the dogs and keep an eye on things. During our trip we started to notice very little activity on the security cameras. We messaged a few times while we were gone and Sadee made it seem as if she was at the house liked we’d discussed. When we returned home I was able to log in and check the activity on the smart lock and found that for several days they were left alone for 15-16 hours at a time, and she only actually stayed at the home 2 of the 8 nights. She would come by for 15-20 minutes early mornings and again very late at night. Had that been the intent of our booking we could have saved the money and had a coworker drop by before and after work. Our opinion suggests that her age and lack of maturity played a role in her lack of care provided.
