Exercise & Attention for Your Pup

Pet care experience

I am a young professional who has had dogs as a part of the family my entire life. I have experience with large, small, young, and old dogs along with rescue and special needs dogs. I enjoy an active lifestyle and am excited to get to know your dog(s) and find the type of socialization they like best! I currently live in Mound (Orono) with my Chocolate Lab, Piper, whom I rescued from the Humane Society a year ago. We love to go for walks, runs and hikes in the area and I can't wait to bond with your dog as we find their favorite places as well. We also have a cat who gets along well with our dog, but is happy to hide in a private space if other dogs are present. While your dog(s) is with me I will ensure that they stick to their routine to make sure they are comfortable and enjoy their stay as much as possible. I can provide frequent bathroom breaks, feed at their normal times, and give them as much exercise as they are used to. My goal is to make sure they come home happy, healthy, and maybe even a little exhausted from a fun stay.

Perfect!! Per usual, Sabrina did an awesome job and my pup was completely worn out by the time he came home!!

Again, Sabrina was fantastic and Charlie was so excited to see her and Piper that he didn't even notice that we had left! He slept for the next 36 hours because she did such a great job keeping him entertained. We will continue to use Sabrina as we keep having such a positive experience with her services!

Sabrina did a great job caring for Willow while I was away for the weekend! She kept me updated throughout and made the weekend worry free. There was a thunderstorm over the weekend and although Willow can tend to freak out during rainy weather, Sabrina tended to her nervousness which I really appreciated. I would definitely use Sabrina as a pet sitter again!

We were a little nervous to leave Buster, as this was our first time using Rover, but Sabrina was great! We got several pictures and updates throughout the weekend - Buster came home a happy and tired boy!

Information Sabrina V. would like to know about your pet

Please let me know if your dog is food or toy aggressive (we always feed in separate spaces, but is useful to know to regardless), if they are a flight risk and may try to sneak out any open doors or out of their collar on a walk, or if they have separation anxiety so that I know how to make them feel most at home from the start of their stay.

A typical day

There is a nature trail less than a mile from our house that we walk to almost every day. We love to explore our neighborhood and have several loops we like to walk depending on the exercise level your dog is used to.
