Unfortunately we didn’t have a great experience with Sabrina. During our meet and greet she came off very reliable. We booked the house sitting service with the understanding Sabrina would stay in our spare bedroom for the three nights while we were away. I explained to her that our fur baby Kobe had terrible storm anxiety and in the event it storms he needs medication so he doesn’t hurt himself in cage. Sabrina didn’t stay the night at all while we were gone, leaving our fur baby in his cage for 10 hours at a time. She did visit 2-3 times during the day for 15-30 minute intervals and sent pictures to us when present. With that said, when we had the opportunity to check our doorbell camera and cage camera we noticed our fur baby was in the crate for extended periods of time. We understood someone couldn’t be there 24/7 and those weren’t our expectations but staying the night so Our fur baby could be out of his cage was. She never communicated that she wouldn’t be staying the night and when confronted once we returned she said she wasn’t feeling well. The last night there was a storm and Sabrina wasn’t there to give our fur baby his medication so he broke out in hives all over his head and belly which we also weren’t made aware of until arriving home. After coming home and reviewing footage we confronted Sabrina how we were disappointed in her services and although we did appreciate the few times she’d check on our fur baby during the day that wasn’t the terms of the agreement. We kindly asked for a partial refund since she was really only doing drop in visits rather than house sitting and the services are different costs. Unfortunately Sabrina felt “she cared for our fur baby the best way she knows” and wasn’t on board. Luckily Rover was kind enough to work with us and our unpleasant experience. We don’t believe Sabrina is a bad person and do believe she has a love for dogs but should respect the terms of an agreement when caring for others fur babies. If you do decide to book services with Sabrina please keep our experience in mind especially if you’re considering in home house sitting.

Sabrina is a well-qualified, reliable, and straight-shooting caregiver. We had a "meet and greet" to discuss a potential house-sitting gig, and while it did not work out because she is not a "stay in the house" sitter (what we needed), she impressed us with her interaction with Rambo and knowledge of dogs. We're happy to have her as a member of "Team Rambo!"
