I've had pets all of my life. I've cared for both dogs and cats (with the occasional guinea pig :) ) The pets I've most commonly puppysat for were a 10 lb Papitese and 180 English Mastiff. So pups of all sizes should not be an issue! I will give your pup all the attention, and I do my very best to ensure that tail is wagging at all times! I have had to administer medication via pill [pocket] and drops. I don't believe in simply "letting the dog out". I will acknowledge and interact with your dog. I love sending updates to the owners with pictures of their happy fur babies. Your rules (feeding times, people food, pets on furniture, etc...) will be followed. My dog, Budha (my Budha Bear - my heart), has been gone from this earth for 7 years. We had many years together and she was such a beautiful (budhaful) soul. I'm just now starting to consider getting another dog (in a year or so), but in the meantime will be overjoyed to care for yours! I work full time during the weekdays. I am available to come to your house to let out or walk your pup in the evenings Tues - Fri after 5:30. Saturdays I am typically available all day/evening and will update my schedule if not. Though prices are set, there could be adjustments for certain [rare] circumstances. i.e. traveling outside the 15 mile radius/different town. If this happens, I will communicate with you as I make the adjustment, and you will have the opportunity to confirm or deny that price. No hard feelings if denied! At this time, I'm only available to watch pets at the client's home (in additions to dropping in for potty breaks, play time, walks, etc...). I have a kitty at home and do not want to stress her out with different pets coming and going. This could change in the future.
