Pet care experience
I’ve had dogs my whole life, and I’ve taken care of cats throughout. I get along really well with both and I am great at helping them behave, I have worked with previously feral cats, and was successful in helping them warm up to me, and I’ve worked with dogs of all sizes. My biggest boy I took care of being my best friends adult Giant Schnauzer who I was obsessed with. I also have knowledge on taking care of dogs and cats who have special needs, as I’ve had to feed my past cats medicine and help my puppy (from back in my homecountry) with his potty related issues so I can aid you and your pet in such things aswell. I am gentle and soft spoken, so I guarantee your pet will feel very safe and in good hands:)

Sabrina really is an animal lover and especially a dog lover, she has a warm, gentle and playful energy towards dogs and hasn’t had any problems with my giant schnauzer in the past. Her calm presence never made my dog bark or wonder who this stranger could be, like he usually would since he is a guard dog. Sabrina looked after my dog plenty of times while I was gone off to my appointments or yoga classes. Took him on walks in the woods and even set him free because my dog would obey and protect her since they have a good bond and trust eachother.

My apartment is easily accessible on the 2nd floor. I have a currently unused balcony due to me not needing it at the moment so the door is always locked and supervised. I have a couch in my bedroom that pets love because of the material and a cozy blanket always sits on top of it. It is also a non smoking apartment so there is no chance of a harmful environment for your little one, and a park is in the neighbourhood where many dogs walk and play so it’s very dog friendly. I always have treats on hand, but I understand some cats and dogs have their own preferences for food so do let me know about such thing. Every dog and cat is different, so it is important for me to know how to accomodate to your pet’s needs. Are there certain sounds/actions that upset your pet? Let me know so that I avoid making them uncomfortable with me. I am able to administer oral medication and have had a high success rate doing so as I have experience with my dog back in my home country. I look forward to making my home a safe place for your pet:)
A typical day
I would love to make multiple fun activities for your pet! For dogs, we have a park nearby so walks will be a must in that area. The park is also big, making it ideal for playing fetch, and dogs are always around so if your dog has a lot of energy, I have a ball they can play with. Pets are welcome to sleep on the couch. Also, I would love to play stimulating games with your dog, so that they enjoy their time here while also learning more skill. For cats, I have catnip toys and mouse on a string, and for dogs I have a variety of ideas to keep them entertained during their stay:)

Availability
I work part time horeca, and go to hogeschool mostly off campus:) so I have loads of free time to spend with a lovely furry companion. I like to fit in walks for brain health, and it would be great to go on a walk with a dog by my side
