My family has always encouraged rescuing and giving stray/abandoned animals a better life. We've had 16 cats, two German Shepherds living with us before I moved here. I really just love animals of all kinds and have experience in handling/feeding reptiles too. I have detailed experiences with vet care and hence very observant. I am very particular about the animals' psychology, surroundings and sanitation. Just want them to be looking pretty and living their best life :) P.s- My daughter and I are only taking ONE pet per family at a time, we figured this way we get more time bonding with them and it is ideal that the fur babies get one-on-one playtime with us with all the attention just on them, although wee are comfortable with two pets from the same household too. We like to mostly keep it homely and less bustling indoors. I have a pretty big pet friendly basement apartment with a fenced backyard and parks around. Would love to be outdoors more in case the pet prefers that and it's well suited.

What an experience! This was my first time leaving my beloved pup Machal with anyone let alone a sitter I found on an app, feeling anxious and nervous before dropping him off was an understatement 😅 Sabah was professional and comforting and reassured me that Mitch would be just fine and she delivered with flying colours. Her attention to detail along with Sabah’s updated (videos and pictures) was all I needed to know I made the right decision. If Mitch could talk he would ask me to take him back to play, that’s how much I can see the joy on his face when I brought him home. 10/10 overall experience!!!!
Not good with dogs who have anxiety. My dog was very afraid with them. They did not know how to handle her. They were afraid of her and that made her afraid of them.

Sabah is a kind and calm sitter with a welcoming family for our dog. She sent us photos and videos of Ignis' stay throughout his stay. We would not hesitate to have her sit Ignis again.

I have a well ventilated huge basement apartment with a backyard in case the pet like to move around indoors and outdoors. All outdoor area covered with a huge fence and a door with no access to the street. It's not a problem for dogs and indoor cats. But I still put all cats on leash anytime outdoors. I can only take two dogs per household or not more than one doggo at a time now, also I have a full carpet flooring so only fully house trained pups too :) I have a thermo stat in case your pet is a reptile I specifically take care of temperature control. Make sure the enclosures are safe clean and locked all the time when needed. So whatever kind of pet you have they'll get the same outdoor indoor time / play time as they get at home with you :) no bias!

Any allergies definitely, any recent unusual behavior. How they like their food temperatures and water and their general temperament towards new places. Anything that is in their routine basically but I'd definitely like to know all about their fav games, toys and sleep routine.
A typical day
I look forward to develop a bond with some indoor outdoor games whatever the pet prefers. I love to go on walks and play in the parks I have comfortably handled two huge dogs on daily basis for years and I understand their dom and sub non verbal language well. They can stay indoors as much they want rolling on the couch or bed if they like.

I work till 1pm (online) and the rest of the time is to myself. When I thought about taking up a job that could fill my leisure hours I couldn't resist but sign up for Rover. My friend has been doing it for a while now and just like her I miss my pets back home.I would love the company of a pet without having to make a long term commitment of having my own here as I am settling in financially myself. Moreoever, because it's a joy for me and not a chore. I heard I can earn from it too so why not?
