I’ve always had dogs and cats, so i’m very used to pet care. i have my own form of transportation, and am happy to walk your dog!

Ryn is doing a good job getting to know and take care of our shy COVID cats, who still don't do well with strangers after never having met anyone during COVID. They are slowly warming up to her, which is very comforting to us while we are away.
Ryn did a great job even though we had a miss communication... it all worked out okay. She's very attentive to our little dog who needs special treatment because she is 14 yrs old and cannot hear.
Ryn was great. She kept us informed as to the kids wellbeing. She also house sat at the same time. Everything was neat and clean when we got home.
I was so lucky to find Ryn ! She stayed at my house with my three cats and elderly pup “Charlie”. I had to travel out of state, impromptu and was really nervous about leaving him . She was so understanding and didn’t flinch at all when I listed the things he needed to be happy and safe. He is deaf and doesn’t communicate all his needs. Ryn not only followed his schedule, but I could tell she was attentive to him by the details she shared in her daily reports. I would not hesitate to call on her again whenever I need a pet sitter! Five Stars !

I will not take pets into my home, as they are not permitted per my apartment rules, but when caring for your animals in your home, I will care for your pets based on your instruction while remaining within my own moral boundaries.

If your dog has a history of aggression or reactivity let me know! It’s not a problem at all as I have experience with reactive-excited and reactive-aggressive dogs. If your dog is not leash trained, that is also no problem! Just let me know in advance so that I can be prepared :) Just give me as much info as you can before or during our meet and greet and I will be happy to work with you and your dog!
A typical day
I’m happy to provide off-leash walks for your dog(s) as long as they are trained off leash and have good recall! I am also happy to do an on-leash walk. I have experience with regular collar and leash, harness, prong collar, and gentle leader. Whatever works for you works for me! I can also provide play time at home in your yard if that works best for you.

Availability
I work for Community Rebuilds Monday-Friday 8am-5pm with a 45 minute lunch break. Saturdays and Sundays I work as an Innkeeper from 6:45am-3pm with a bit of flexibility for a quick lunch break. I am available for drop-in care (such as walking, feeding, etc.) outside of my work hours and during my lunch breaks if necessary, and when asked to house sit will only be away from your home for work, emergency, or any short term outing (grocery, dinner, etc.)
