Pet care experience
I’ve been around pets my whole life. When I was in high school, I volunteered at the animal shelter and when I was 16 I got my own cat, Sprinkles. When I was 20, I got my first puppy, Cleo (yorkie-shih tzu), at 8 weeks. At my moms house, we have an 8 month old yorkie-shih tzu and a 5 year old golden retriever. I’ve had to take care of all of them: bathing, feeding, walking, and cleaning up after them. I have some basic training skills.

Rylie took excellent care of our Australian Shepherd! She was communicative and took her on nice long walks. We came home to one happy doggie! Would definitely use her again. :)

I try to build up trust and relationship first thing with any animal. I don’t ever try to force something because I don’t think they like that just like humans. I’m very responsible and can stick to a commitment and schedule if available.

A typical day
I love to just hang out with dogs and match their energy. Of course, a good walk and play time is good for them all. But some dogs like to just cuddle and get loved on, we can do that. Some dogs wanna play all day, we can do that too.

Availability
I work full time, so I am available after 5, when I typically walk my own dog. We love going to council crest and parks around portlands.
