Pet care experience
I adopted my dog Juno 9 years ago and have become increasingly involved in animal care ever since. I currently volunteer with a 501c3 animal sanctuary and have personally fostered cats, dogs, and the occasional lamb for the last 5 years.

Ryane watched my 75lb standard poodle for a week. I was so impressed with the care she provided him with. He is special needs and has to take medication twice a day. I left her with instructions telling her the only way he will swallow his pills is if you place them on the back of his tongue, close his mouth and tickle his nose with a strand of her hair. I thought she was going to think I was completely crazy. If she did, she didn't show it, and she did just what I asked. My fur baby was in great hands. She walked him, snuggled with him, and fed him too. Thank you, Ryane for loving him as much as I do.
Ryane is a joy! She helped take excellent care of my parents’ dog when needed in the past. Her experience with animal rescue and fostering plus her reliability make her a perfect option. Always punctual, genuinely caring, gentle, and trustworthy. Highly recommend her!

I have a fenced in yard and one very friendly dog named Juno who wouldn't mind hanging out with your pup. I also have 3 cats who are gentle with other animals after they are done hiding for the first half hour. All my animals have free range of the house but I would also be happy to do crate training with your dog is that is what you prefer.

Please let me know if your dog has any special needs or behaviors that I should be aware of. I am happy to host special needs animals, however if they require injections I am not best suited for that need. While I know how to do it, I am not fully comfortable administering injections to animals aside from my own. Additionally, I have 3 cats living in my house who are respectful of dogs. Please let me know if you have any hesitation about your dog's temperament towards cats. I would be happy to do a test run with you at my house before we commit to any boarding or day care.
A typical day
There are several great walking trails near my home that I use often. There are 2 nearby parks, one with a dog park that are both a short drive from my house (less than 5 minutes). I will also be home all day with your dog to play with them, boop their noses, and let them sit in the sun in my fenced in yard.

Availability
I currently work a full time job with an alternate work schedule which allows me the flexibility needed to dog sit. I am able to host your dog(s) while I work from home. I have every other Friday off, and I can spend those days with your dog(s), with a little more flexibility to take them on adventures around town (hiking trails, local parks, etc). I would also be happy to host overnight stays with your pet(s) on available weekends and the occasional weekday.
