I've cared for all breeds and sizes of cats and dogs and various other creatures in my life since I was a child. I am force free/fear free. I don’t use any aversives with any animal. I follow the most up to date animal science and firmly believe that through positive reinforcement and giving animals agency to opt in or out of most situations is the best way to be in relationship with them. My first love was a husky mix named Dutchess. I was a rough and tumble three-year-old and she looked like a furry loaf of bread with rolled up newspapers for legs, who never let me out of her sight until the day she crossed over the rainbow bridge. And thus began my love affair with pretty much all animals. Each pet has their own unique personality and style. I adapt to your pet's needs and wants. If they want cuddles, if they want space, if they want to run around in the back yard and play catch or tug-o-war then that is what we are going to do! My aim is to make them and you, happy with the stellar care they are being given. Animals have always been an integral part of my life.
